* Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. In order to provide you with the cheapest prices on the internet, we do not stock any items. We order directly from the manufacturer as needed to fill your orders. This keeps our overhead low and in turn provides you with the cheapest price! Please note that not all orders will take 5-10days; but some manufacturers do ship slower than others. Backorders: In the event the item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified immediately. We will inform you how long before the item will be available and give you options on other color choices, changing your order, waiting until the item is available, or a refund.
There are places that ship faster but their markup is considerably more than ours. Feel free to shop around and compare! Since we are a growing company, as we get a better feel for our customer's demands, we will start stocking items in order to speed up shipping. But we promise to always offer you the best price out there!

Lingerie:
By law; thongs, g-strings, teddies, bras, bikinis, & other intimately worn apparel are not returnable. In the event there is a manuafacturers defect or a shipping error, (such as wrong size or color) you must contact us within one day of receiving the item and report the problem. fleshgoddesslingerie@hotmail.com. If there is a valid problem with the item you will be mailed an RA# & mailing address to send your return to. You must write the RA# on the outside of the shipping package, not the manufacturer packaging. You will then be given 5 days to return the item to us. The item must be unused, unaltered, unlaundered, & returned to us in the original packaging with all the tags still attached. Once we receive the item it will be inspected. If there is a defect or shipping error, you will then be sent a replacement item free of charge & remimbursed the cost of shipping it to us. If there is not a defect or the damage appears to be intentional, the item will be returned to you & you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return it. Please remember, the item must be unused. If there is ANY sign that the item was used or tried on, the item will be returned to you at your expense. If the tags appear to be removed and reattached with a different tag gun, the item will be returned to you at your expense!
The rules on returns may seem extreme but it is not only for our protection but for yours as well. You can have full confidence that nothing you buy from us has ever been previously sold or used! By law, intimately worn apparel is not returnable but we also want to be sure you receive the quality merchandise you ordered. Shoes: Returns will only be accepted under the following terms: Customer must notify us via email (fleshgoddesslingerie@hotmail.com) within 7 days of receipt of item. Upon notification you will be emailed an RA# & mailing address to send your return to. You will then be given 7 days to return the item. Any longer than 7 days will result in failure to accept the item as a return. You must write the RA# on the outside of the shipping box, not the outside of the manufacturers packaging. (Not on shoe box.) No credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, show signs of intentional tampering, or show any signs of wear. Credits may not be redeemed for cash & are only good towards a replacement item of the same style. Return is due to either a shipping error or a manufacturing defect. Full credit will be given on goods due to maufacturing defect or shipping error. Returns for reasons other than above, (customer ordered the wrong size) are subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee. In addition, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Merchandise must be clean, unused, & in salable condition. Merchandise must be in the original packaging & the packaging must be undamaged.
